Ehh? Does someone really believes that the civilians kidnapped by KLA 'freedom fighters' are still alive nowadays? Either they were killed, or their organs extracted, or both.

You can't rule out any still being held in camps or as slaves if they are still alive.
There was the Muslim head of a humanitarian organization (based in the Sandzak) and he and his groups were able to see and speak to Serbs held in camps all over Kosovo.
A common place were the basements of businesses - such as restaurants. If there are any still alive they are most likely being used as slaves.

There's been plenty of cases were a person has been discovered after spending years and even decades held illegal by other persons - even in the U.S. you had a recent case of 3 women held prisoner for like 20 years in the Ohio home of a rapist.
