That's where you're wrong.

You are right in this case. Serbs do give a $hit if Gianfranco is tired.

Serbia should go to court and try to get it there cause they will surely lose.
(Azir, 19 January 2015 01:38)

WE dont need to "try to get" something that is already ours. Just look up who is the owner of Trepca and you will see it for yourself. If it goes to court Serbia only has to show the contract which clearly states that the serbian state has a 75% stake in Trepca. You really are deluded if you think that you can steal something that doesnt belong to you.

Gianfranco nobody gives a $hit whether you are tired or not. Come back when you don't sound like broken record from the Serb Propaganda Ministry. We may actually pay attention to what you say then.

If you wanna talk about a mafia state then talk about Silvio Berlusconi, Betino Craxi and Giulio Andreoti.E molto facile parlare male per gli altri. Specialmente quando uno ha un agenda. Vedendo quello che hai scritto sembri piu Serbo che i Serbi stessi. E questo non e normale per uno Che non ha nessun agenda.

Mines in Trepca belong to Serbia. Stop.
The current situation shows Albanians stealing something that belongs to someone else: what's an unexpected fact. Is the next step a doctor playing golf?
As a Western citizen (Italian), I'm totally tired of the process of demonization of Serbia and Serbs, while all other [criminals] are innocent or victims. Croatia, Muslim Bosnians, ethnic Albanians: they look like poor martyrs while their crimes are well known by those who want to know and don't accept ignorance. Kosovo's Albanians leaders are terrorists who were killing and raping unarmed people, criminals who organized concentration camps like Likovac. Thaci and Haradinaj's most fitting place to live is a jail. Kosovo is a mafia/criinal "state", something that is perceived by many ethnic Albanians as well. Abstention (42%) in parliamentary elections expresses the feeling of the majority of ethnic Albanians who cannot stand anymore the blackmails, the fascism, the immoral acts committed by former UCK criminals who actually rule the autonomous province of Kosovo under protection and blessing of colonialist and imperialist Western countries like USA, UK and Germany (EU). Future of Kosovo will start when criminals and murderers like Thaci and Haradinaj are in jail, facing justice and paying for their crimes against humanity.

Shameless serbs threaten more violence if they aren't allowed to keep ill gotten gains in their criminal occupation of indigenous Shqiptare homeland in our Kosova.

When will these peasants learn that crime doesn't pay.

Trepca belongs to the victims of Genocide.

Serbia should go to court and try to get it there cause they will surely lose.

(Truth, 17 January 2015 11:57)

You are the ones that have stolen and privatized serbian state property and the mine is property of the serbian state, it is OWNED by SERBIA, exactly what is it that you dont understand? The location doesnt matter WHAT SO EVER, the only thing that matters is who owns the stocks and guess who does that? Yep, Serbia.

Gerard Gallucci, this name is not new LOL. If it is really you, don't waste your time on the comments sections, I am sure Vecernje Novosti or B92 or other media in Serbia would pay well for what you have to say. You are in the same class as retired former Czech NATO officials :).

I am sorry to say but violence is something being pushed by Serbs on this case, in democratic society people decide and if Kosovo Parlament decides this is so then this is they way things happen in Democracy. Also what are they going to do build another peace park? Or Are they going to kill another police officer as Ari her is promoting?

I think its time to put to rest violence and all people of Kosovo to benefit from its natural resources.

Serbs have their representatives in parliament if they dont have enough votes to block it this is the reality in Democracy, I am certain many laws are passed in Serbia where Albanians do not like but as a minority you have to deal with it.

"Have you already forgotten 2011 when one of your ROSU terrorists was killed for trying to occupy what isn't his??""

Your repeated reference to this ambush of lightly armed policemen in soft-skinned vehicles by a group of people also linked to other attacks on EULEX and your reference to other recent history indicate just how much you really don't know about the reality in Kosovo. While the movement of ROSU to the borders was certainly ill-conceived and an overall poor decision by the government of Kosovo, it was by no means an invasion and the attackers were by no means a group of citizens who hastily rushed to defend their homelands.

The issue of Trepca North has been hanging since 1999. It is the life source of many Kosovo Serbs in the north but was not considered in the Ahtisaari Plan or any other effort of the Western powers to settle Kosovo status. The Kosovo Albanians have long wanted to throttle it and take it over. See:http://www.transconflict.com/2012/04/kosovo-pristinas-effort-to-strangle-the-north-124/) But any effort by Pristina to seek to enforce "ownership" or control would be a great provocation and open the door to renewed violence. Deciding who "owns" state and socially owned property in Kosovo is a larger issue still unresolved. It will need to be resolved through negotiations. The EU (and US) should ensure it is dealt with through the Brussels process rather than unilaterally by Pristina.

Why unrest is this only way people know how to fix things, you lost the war so you lost the property. Hungary could say Vojvodina lands are most important to Hungary wtf.

Ari Gold

Pristina institutions do not want it with the Serbs of Northern Kosovo-Metohija. These aren't pushovers, weaklings like Vucic, Nikolic and Dhaciq, these aren't isolated Serbs in enclaves surrounded by a sea of enemies and hatred. Have you already forgotten 2011 when one of your ROSU terrorists was killed for trying to occupy what isn't his?? Well remember this, their own government was telling the locals to stand down and not supporting them. And no police, no military... just armed locals took to the streets and made them retreat over the bridge, back into the black hole they came out of.

If only the kosovarians could just focus on asking their own elite where has all the billions in hand outs gone or building their own economy instead of constantly trying to steal what isn't theirs, Kosovo-Metohija would today be an advanced society. Unfortunately old habits die hard. Tito coddled you, and now you refuse to do an honest days work!
