Kosovo is bleeding out. The number of people leaving it is rising day by day. It is going to be a problem for EU countries soon. Albanians have made clear more than one time they are not able to ensure basic rules, but glorification of KLA Terrorists.
Now they have reached the end of the road. Serbia should not give in a single inch.
Kosovo-Albanians have never stoped asking for Serb-Passports, by the way. They are rejected by Serb authorities for a longer time.

Kosovo is bleeding out.Really? I have met recent serbian immigrants in Germany,US,Canada,and even New Zealand. Balkans are poor and will always be immigrants from the balkan countries. Worry about the serbs in Kosovo that are selling their houses to the Albanians and leaving the "heart of Serbia". There will always be enough Albanians in Kosovo to fight you serbs.

"When it comes to the OSCE, decisions are made by consensus. You know how hard it is to reach consensus," Dacic told journalists, revealing that Serbia, as the country at the helm of the OSCE, "has been struggling for two days to harmonize the text of a condemnation of the terrorist attacks in France."

When majority reaches consensus, its a done deal, and even you as chairman cannot stop it.
