If Serbs are starving, Albanians are experiencing famine.

There’s a lot of evidence that OSCE is a side in the conflict and it’s the biggest challenge for Serbia during the presidency period. First thing to be done is replacing the head of the mission Michael Bochurkiv whose father was a Waffen SS under Stephan Bandera. This is why he had to run to Canada as otherwise he would go to Siberia for a fixed 10 year term. Last 3 days OSCE twice demonstrated which of the conflicting side they stick to.

1/ 3 days ago when he situation in Donetsk airport became catastrophic for the junta troops OSCE offered a ceasefire to let the Nazi reinforce their “cyborgs”. Russian side refused to because such a ceasefire would be a help to the Kiev troops and now the Russians control this strategic point in the suburb of Donetsk.

2/ When it became evident that the new tragic provocation around the bus near Volnovaha was done as bad as all the previous ones ( Odessa massacre of May 2 , MH-17 , airstrikes at Donetsk administration , murders in Marupol , Maidan snipers ect.) immediately OSCE cut the Russian side from the investigation process. Otherwise we would already have evidence that the explosion was caused by a MON infantry mine but not a Grad missile. If it were a Grad nothing would remain of the poor bus.

Such is OSCE in Ukraine today. So Serbia will have to go between Scylla and Charybdis not to further spoil it relations with the Yankees. It won’t be easy because Fascington invested too much efforts to let the fire be choked.
