Neither Serbia nor The FYRM are in the EU or NATO so they won't be given this valuable investment. No one cares enough about Greece to give them access to cheap Russian gas.

If EU finds money for the project all the countries involved are more or less friendly to Russia. It will help to solve the issues to arise. Everybody dreams to increase it political weight and earn money with distribution. Ukraine is the weakest point as no one knows how soon the current transit will be stopped. I think the new pipeline through Greece should be named as Bulgarian Stream.
