BIRN's anti-Serb slant is obvious to those of us familiar with its content. The majority of contributors, bloggers, reporters etc appear to be either Albanian, Bosnian, or those who do not essentially wish the Serb people well. It is a Western funded propaganda outfit intrinsically hostile to Serbia. Mundane stories about Serb customs and festivals won't change that fact.
Serbia needs to root out corruption and cronyism for sure. But it doesn't need bias media websites to regularly stick the knife in either.
