One thing is for sure -- Serbia will never be as poor as albania, but I know that's not saying much.

Obviously Serbia wouldn't be the "poor man" because the'll just copy the Greeks by selfishly taking more out then what they contribute there by bankrupting the system then blaming the organization for not making them rich for not working.

I suggest conditions be imposed on Serbia every step of the way....Turkey has been waiting a long time it woudn't be right to expedite undeserving beggers.

How about not join the E.U. at all? The E.U. is a few years away from collapsing and splitting, so better off Serbia doesn't join the mess. If I were Serbian, I would advise my politicans to vote against E.U. membership and remain independent.
