Men outnumber women in workforce

Women account for 42 percent of employees in Serbia, which indicates that the number of men in the workforce is higher by 16 percent compared to women.

Six out of 10 people don't know about percentages - this is more than 75%, eh?

So, let's say 42 of a 100 workforce are woman, men make up 16% more (about 7) than woman, i.e make up about 49%. Serbia must have a third gender.

Or do you simply mean men make up 58% of the workforce, which would mean the number of men in the workforce is about 35% higher compared to women?
