There is more to the organ extraction crime than you Albanians think. For the first time we see a specific number of victims 300 which indicates the prosection is in possestion of some hard evidence.
Also the timing is interesting because the trials will coincide perfectly with the US presidential elections in 2013 in which Hillary Clinton will be a candidate. I can think of nothing more effective to use against her than her husbands support of the Albanians who participated in the crime of human organ trade during the wars. More proof of her husbands foreign policy blunders.
There will be Albanian collateral damage here which will take form of withdrawal of western support for your fantasy country

The day the International Community establishes a Special War Crimes Court specificaly for Jews to cover WW 2 era then I will support UCK Freedom Fighters inquiries.
Did I mention NATO ,US and the EU were our allies in liberating Kosova from Serb terror?
What about West supporting Serb decontanmination of Croatia in 1995?

The last thing anyone should do is doubt our freedom fighter's determination.....

Has Serbia arrested every single Serb War Criminal that participated in Slovenia, Croatia,Bosnia and Kosova?

Has Serbia publicly apologized for her aggression?

When Serbia is 100 percent in compliance herself then same demands can be made (however awkward) of her numerious victims.

I personly think its insulting to even attempt to somehow "criminalize" victim's natural inate reaction to protect oneself as in self defense especialy in a life or death matter.

Kosovars didn't invade Serbia but Serbia invaded Kosova and the entire world witnessed said aggression.

I don't know why B92 has decided to make this a news.

You're right Mirel, this isn't news because the vote for the tribunal would have passed anyway considering the PDK and LDK are doing what they were told to do by the international community, which has given full support to it.

The only thing that might be considered "news" here is that AAK voted against it despite Haradinaj originally being in favor of it when his party seemed likely to form a new government. Not a surprise he's now against it since he's now in the crosshairs and has no political immunity.

That Self-Determination voted against it is also not newsworthy. We expected them to. Just as we expect a series of protests throughout Kosovo this year when the indictments come rolling in and officials below Thaci's paygrade are thrown under the bus.

These comments are real knee slappers. I think they should do an investigation and charge them with enough evidence. But, the thing is, there isn't! No evidence that the KLA did this. There is such little evidence that even the Zambian Army could have done it. Not only that, but the KLA barely had any money to buy uniforms for all, weapons, and other heavy equipment like mortars. They got mortars from Albania, surplus uniforms from JNA, Swiss camo uniforms from Albanian-Swiss rich people, guns from the shelf of a gun store, WW2 weapons that were kept for protection, or even hunting weapons. You guys think the KLA hadthe same top of the shelf equipment, tanks, armor, etc. like the JNA. That's how you can tell that you are misled, that it was a fair fight.

"The Self-Determination, the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo and the Initiative for Kosovo will vote against the setting up of a special war crimes court."

Of course they're against this special court. Up until now, the US, Germany, et al have given Kosovo Albanians a free pass to kill Serbs and vandalize their property with impunity. Crimes against Serbs, although they have been committed and reported, simply don't count as much as crimes committed against others in the eyes of the west.

I will reserve judgment on the fairness of this court until we see just how impartial it is. If it is anything like the charade at the Hague, they might as well save their money and not bother.

The government coalition has 88 votes out of 120,enough to approve any law.
Self-Determination and other opposition parties have less than 1/3 of votes and they can not block anything.
The law is going to pass without any problem.

So sad, too bad

The albanian terrorists, murderers and organ traffickers who committed these horrible crimes are against this investigation? Now way!! What a total surprise!! lol :-)

"The Self-Determination, the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo and the Initiative for Kosovo will vote against the setting up of a special war crimes court."

What else did you expect? This court will only be set up as an alibi institution under by pressure of the internationals. Does someone really think the KLA war criminals who turned into Kosovo politicians would like investigations in cases they are involved?

Not surprising, but amusing nonetheless. I'd really like to see the usual albanian comments about how the KLA did not commit any war crimes and are nothing but heroes.
