EU accession "depends on Serbia's progress"

Opening of first chapters in EU accession negotiations with Serbia is the first goal, but the success and speed of the process will depend on Serbia's progress.

I would rather add words "and EU regress" because it's a big question what will happen first. Serbia will fall on the knees or EU will fall on the ground.

The same old story from EU members. It's getting boring now. I'll bet if Serbia walked away from the EU membership right now, they would certainly get quite a few threats by certain countries and get forced to join this so-called 'union' with it's three powers running the show. I have to hand it to the EU though, they know how to play the smaller countries and get them to think that they need to do anything demanded to join. Meanwhile, as soon as they get in they discover that they're screwed!
