"According to Naryshkin, both countries always have and will continue to protect international law."

No, as far as I remember, Russia is the only country that annexed territory of neighboring independent states in the last 50 years. Somehow hypocrite to mention 'international law' in this context.

I do not take you serious. As for me you’re like chicken in the yard. It develops no feelings ( love , fear , respect ect.) because it does not exist for me. But for those who read your comment I have to note that Communists were much better than the Ustashas and that KGB was much better than the CIA. Also I’ve seen a TV serial Kings of Croatia and I have to tell you those were not documental but a legendary films because the Croats like all other Slavs came to Europe not alone but with the Horde headed by the Russian Khans later called Tsars. About 1380 one of them established Vatican (Baty Khan) and Rome city. Everything else has no proof. Read Mavro Orbini, he was a Croat monk living in Italy.

Maybe this is why our fates are also so similar. But this is why we both are always so stubborn when it comes to our dignity and freedom.

So sad that you judge basing on the times you were here and it’s too bad you cannot compare the things today. You’re right just that few years ago average Russians knew not much about Serbia. They only knew that Serbians are a friendly Slav people somewhere in Europe. Most of them would even fail to say if Serbs were closer to us or the Croats or Bosniacs ect. And if you look back to what has happened after the two great Josips quarreled and the memory of our brotherhood was being wiped off our for decades you will agree that the status quo you complain at was rather natural. Also Yeltsyn’s and Otpor’s gangs tribute nothing to revive the old relations.

So what you say was just a sequence of what the two peoples had to go through. I know that Serbs always cared much about the Russians. But it’s different now because our central TV channels and other mass media have started to educate the people. To tell the truth Russian establishment overestimated the victory of the current Serbian coalition and in 2013 they felt some disappointment. But today Moscow better understands the circumstances Serbia has to survive in. Actually Serbs and Russians have much common in their spirits and mentality. Maybe this is why our fates are also so similar. But this is why we both are always so stubborn when it comes to our dignity and freedom.

Its nice to think that Russians actually care, or even know about Serbia. But this is not the case. I have lived in Russia and the reality is that most Russians havent even heard of Serbia.
There is no sense of brotherhood or Slavic unity.
Serbia is too small too far and to isloated be of any real practical use or significance.
Serbia is just a political pawn in Putins grand scheme of things.
But we might as well take advantage of the situation while it lasts

She stressed that Serbia "supports territorial integrity and sovereignty of each UN member-state, and will not desist from that principle."

Nice words, but I'm not sure if Russian politicians are smart enough to understand that it means that Serbia is not recognizing the violation of territorial integrity and illegal annexation of Crimea by Russia and still considers it legally being part of Ukraine, just like Kosovo is legally considered part of Serbia.

In fact Serbia is more and more in the focus of the Russian mass media. Every day TV channels show big documental films about Serbia and make reports from Serbia. Besides Serbia is always mentioned when it comes to the list of the US sins against the mankind. Not only sanctions are important for the Russians but the way Serbia behaves about Kosovo , SAA and other issues. Russians follow the events to better understand how reliable Serbs can be in the circumstances.

Now that two close allies of our to privatize the state powers in their countries behave like prostitutes. I mean Luka and Nazarbaev to make friends with the Kiev junta these days. They fear to lose power after we quit with Ukraine and none of them cares of their peoples. So Serbs are special important for common Russians getting ready for a long and total war on all the fronts possible. There’s no panic here and Putin’s ratings remain about 85%. But a few traitors people is concentrating and getting ready for a long run.

Russia is a sieged camp ready to fight as usual – till the end. The end is always the same – we come to Europe. Before the Russians came here in 1944 Serbs were almost the only nation to rebel against the rest of Europe. All other partisan movements were mostly virtual. No other nation suffered as much as Serbs in WW1 and WW2 but times they are changing and here we all came to the checkpoint to see what kinda Serbs and Russians we are. Kosovo is not lost until we two say so !
