Don't often agree with your obesrvations comments Leonidas, but in essence your comment here is quite good.
More emphasis on the TTIP perhaps, as that is downright dirty.

It seems to me that you haven't got a clue of what is going on with the sanctions regime. The Western dogs are barking daily with threats unlike Putin who keeps his policies to his chest.Very few people understand what Putin is doing at the moment and almost no one understands what he will do in the future. The Central bank of Russia announced last week that they've purchased another 600k ounces of gold in November alone pushing Russia's gold reserves to all time record. The implication of such an announcement is Russia still accepts US dollars as an intermediate means of payment for its energy exports but she immediately exchanges all these dollars obtained for physical gold. The same trend is also followed by China which will no longer buy United States Treasury bonds for dollars earned from trade with any countries, as they did before and is also quietly replacing those earned dollars with quality assets including Gold. The BRICS countries are going to lead the world and the West is trying to prevent it, but it is impossible to stop it. Those countries are fed up with the US's hypocritical self serving policies and proxy wars for resources. There is a new world coming and the US will not be leading it.And as Victoria Nuland said "F#k the EU" because is totally irrelevant.
