Only thing left for Serbia to do is recognize Kosovo. Remove it from the constitution. Where was outrage over meeting a with thaci and jahjaga? Where is outrage over Kosovo in Olympics? Where is outrage at dejan pavicevic? Where is outrage at Brussels? Where is outrage at the border guards and customs agents on Kosovo border? Serbs don't care about Kosovo independence. They want eu. Why did they eliminate dss and radicals from parliament if they want Kosovo?

Sure, and the impact will be the same as, for example, Serbia saying in the constitution that Moon is part of Serbia. That's because Kosovo is governed by Resolution 1244 which is still in place (as you correctly pointed out) not Serbia's Constitution.

International law and 1244 are still in place but neither prohibits an independent Kosovo. Serbia's constitution is as easily changed as a dirty undershirt. No where in 1244 does it say(contrary to what Serbs who do not read it say) that Serbia has to be in agreement with the final status of Kosovo, and no where does it say that Kosovo will forever be a part of Serbia.
If it were a violation of international law, Serbia would have already taken it to the International court for a clarification after the court ruled the UDI did not violate any international law. But they did not because they would lose.

There is a natural explanation to the hateful nature of Serbs, they lack the nice sea shores , beaches and sunshine Albanians have.
The only way to have access to our paradise is through friendship not war. Come and enjoy the fun here. Our raki is just as good as the slivo...if not better and the food so delicious.
