In communist Yugoslavia, this territory received 23% of the national budget, despite making up only I believe 8% of the population. This was for a few decades mind you. Actually, the US is in partnership with Al Qaeda. They are trying to hide this but haven't been very successful. They are in partnership with all Islamic radicals. In communist Yugoslavia, this territory received 23% of the national budget, despite making up only I believe 8% of the population. This was for a few decades mind you. Since the war, billions from Western governments and NGO's have flooded Kosovo-Metohija in post-conflict aid, and where has it all gone? That's the problem, you've received so much assistance and still continue to be poor. Why is that?

I have been to Yugoslavia many times between 1970 and 1989 including Kosovo and during Tito’s times Albos got utilities for free and as I have already mentioned every tenth child Tito was the “godfather”.
I was born in Australia whereas you migrated to the west and now are “more Catholic than the Pope” despite working for $7.25 per hour.
Kosovo has been turned into a s** hole and only the Serbs can clean it up.

These money were not specifically for the albanians but benefited all of the population in Kosovo but still dont act like you dont know what sj is talking about.
