Are you nuts? The EU was already on a fast track to hell way before the Ukrainian conflict. Oppressive austerity in the south, mass immigration/Islamicization in the north, brain drain in the east, national governments being dictated to by supernational unelected institutions in Brussels... this was all happening way before March 2013 it's been going on for decades by Europe's own elites.

You know, I don't agree with the American governments neo-con foreign policy but I do believe they can and are hurting Russia. It has no moral right to do so, but it can and will probably feel no real consequence of doing it.

But the EU is a whole other story. With all the dire problems in the EU right now, with all the domestic threats to establishments coming from EUroskeptic political parties all over Europe...an unstable Russian neighbor may just be what is needed to really f#%k everything up.

Indeed ,today Donald "the Duckmouth" Tusk is singing the tunes of Dohány utca ,Wall Street and Knesset.But now that Christmas is approaching we must not forget that in his young years he took part in talant spotting programs and performed carol songs quite well(at least at much higher level than politics today) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ogJ1bXhmxTQ.
