The Voters of Serbia Voted in a Referendum by a Majority that Kosovo is an Integral Part of Serbia

I have a suggestion... Next Sunday they can perhaps also vote that the Moon is an Integral Part of Serbia so that next Monday Serbia will wake up with its territory expanded by 490 times. Such a great thing can be achieved overnight and make Serbia the largest country in the solar system for the joy of the most patriotic of Serbs!

The Voters of Serbia Voted in a Referendum in 2006 by a Majority for a New Constitution, which reaffirmed what United Nations Security Council Resolution 1244 says that Kosovo is an Integral Part of Serbia, and while it was a Voluntary Vote, it was a Majority Vote, and it was both Democratic and Legal.
This is because the 2006 New Serbian Constitution is now the Supreme Law in Serbia, and it Defines what a Legal and Democratic Society is.
The Serbian Supreme Court Judges who know all of this, may have been spoken to by someone who is not interested in Democracy or the Rule of Law, but they cannot say that they are being Criminals or Dictators, and so they are using the Euphemism of being 'Political'.
We know that even Hitler's Actions were Political Actions and Legal Actions for Germany of that time, because Hitler was the Constitution, but the Serbian Supreme Court Judges should have said that the Government or the the High Court are Not the Constitution, because the Constitution is the Constitution.
The Serbian Government should not want to Illegally and Anti Democratically be the Constitution with their own Decrees, or to do that by being the Puppets of the Less than Democratic European Union.

The Serbian Supreme Court Judges have been spoken to by the Dictators of the Dictators of Euro-America, who are not interested in Democracy or the Law, but they cannot say that they are being Criminals or Dictators, but they are being 'Political', and we know that even Hitler actions were Political Actions and they were Legal to Hitler, because he was the Constitution, but the Serbian Supreme Court Judges, who should be Charged with High Treason, and the Serbian Government, want to Illegally an Anti Democratically be the Constitution with their own Dictatorial Decrees, and to do that by being Puppets of Anti Democratic and Criminal Euro-America.
The race is on, who's going to sell out Serbia first? I'm putting my money on Vucic. He swings whichever direction the wind blows. No morals no principals nothing!! Palestinians are fighting with rocks for their country, Serbia is in a political competition to give away theirs. These cowards should hang for treason, but how could they, they dominate the highest court.

I'm not sure what the rest of your ravings mean, so just commenting on the above since it's the only sentence that has some meaning :) Unfortunately, it is not in Serbia Government's power to do anything about Kosovo being independent from Serbia, as it already is...
Here you have another reason why serbia may never be in eu! Lack of independence of judiciary. Kosovo is in Serbian constitution. Brusssels deal is about Kosovo. Can serbia have signed Brussels constitutionally. Clearly a constitutional question that must be answered by the court. This must mean that Serbia is strong ready very soon to remove Kosovo fromits constituion. Dacic did say Kosovo mention was "dead letter" maybe this is about dacic "dead letter" remark and now Serbia doesn't consider Kosovo in its constitution.
The Independence of Crimea from Ukraine is a Unique Case, because it is needed to Prevent All Humans dying in WW 3, and an Independent Kosovo and Camp Bondsteel are needed for WW 3.
Anglo-America has no legitimate business in Eastern Europe or the Balkans and they have no good intentions toward any Countries other than their own.
There could be People who think that if the Albanians of Serbia's Province of Kosovo wants to join the European Union, then they need to Revoke their Illegal unilateral declaration of independence, in order to make it easier for Germany to have the Kosovo Albanians join the European Union as part of their European Country of Serbia.
The Albanians may not want to be part of the European Union, and they are saying that by the Fact that they have not as yet Revoked their unilateral declaration of independence, and there could be People who think that the Kosovo Albanians should therefore say to Germany that they wish to join the European Union as part of their European Country of Serbia, and if the Kosovo Albanians do not want to join the European Union, then Serbia should not want that to join the European Union either.
