Chinese strive hard to leave the dollar zone so and it may be very attractive for the Balkan states.

Sorry, but where is the logical cause-effect connection between the "Chinese strive hard to leave the dollar zone" and that causing them to "be very attractive for the Balkan states"?!
----------

Very often they make infrastructure investments that traditional business mostly ignore.

Yep, and when you see the China ghost town you understand the reason somebody running a business would not do that stuff. That's what happens when central planners control the economy, as our dear friend Ari Gold would say.
----------

Also the Chinese are more and more engaged in anti US projects that gives another chance for the middle-of-the-road countries like Serbia.

Oh dear, how being involved in "anti US projects" causes "another chance for the middle-of-the-road countries like Serbia"?! You really have some issues with logical connections and cause-effect reasoning :) Not to mention that China and the US work very well together when it comes to economy perhaps because China has other concerns that are more important than Kosovo lol

I bet you all Chinese delegates are getting Serbian citizenship at same time , while in Belgrade. Remember Sloba gave citizenship to 200 thousand Chinese with one stroke of the pen in 901?

In China they have only 400 second names so it quite happen that in Serbia you have much more second names while people with Li second name may compose more than population of most the countries to attend the conference. Though the Chinese are rather tough negotiators it’s a good chance during the started economic crisis. Especially for Serbia still sitting on two chairs.
