Who wants to hear about arrests it's conviction of these thugs that's required then the thousands of Serb civilians massacred during the Bosnian,Croatian,and Kosovo will have had some justice,belatedly.
This is why the courts have used international prosecutors, the same people so despised for their work in the Hague and Kosovo; they are much less inclined to concern themselves with ethnicity or which side the person was on during the conflict and more inclined to base their findings on evidence. No system is infallible but I have no doubt that international judges/prosecutors make a better fist of things than biased locals.
Standard practice will be in the front door followed by a hearing where a not guilty verdict will be handed down and then out the backdoor and home in time for dinner. All in a days work.
