No, just the opposite, as we could see, the EU put sanctions on countries which think aggressive land grabbing (i.e. annexing territories belonging to a neighbor state) is okay in the 21st century.

Poor Slovenia, it is part of the EU and Russia has just shown that the EU is an unreliable trading partner. If you trade with the EU, they expect you to support their aggressive land grabbing and regime changes otherwise the EU will end up shooting itself in the foot by cutting off billions in investment and energy security while applying sanctions that hurt itself. LOL! What a joke.

Anyway, I wouldn't be surprised if South Stream does go ahead except with different conditions. Conditions that make the EU, its members and candidates pay more for the project thus giving Russia a bigger slice of the pie.

“ Milorad Dodik said he "did not believe Russia's decision to drop the South Stream project was final, considering that a lot of money had been invested."

Many speculate about it and I do not exclude such a development too. But Russia is a solid state not to behave like a young girl. So most likely Putin means what he said in Turkey. Anyway it won’t be a 100% come back especially what Bulgaria is concerned. They’ve killed 3 excellent projects ( atomic station + 2 pipelines ) and thus they must be punished in any case. So even if SS is revived Bulgaria won’t have the old preferences.

I think most Europeans have lost including Russia to already invest euro 4,5 Bln. Turkey is little better than Ukraine … So Putin’s logic is BETTER HORRIBLE END THAN THE ENDLESS HORROR. So he has shown EU the difference between a finger and a penis. I think this winter will once again expose how reliable is the Ukrainian transit. In December they have to pay for the gas of 2013 another 1,65 Bln. euro + 1 Bln as a prepayment. They do not have so much and nobody is even promising the money.

All because when Maidan was initiated the US business plan was to establish the Russophobe regime and make Russia to pay the bills. But the second part of the plan was failed so as far as I can Judge SS have some chance but not much. I would rather suppose that Putin means to occupy Ukraine next year and receive the existing pipe together with the multiple problems Ukraine is already enjoying.

"Does Slovenia know something that Albanian trolls dont?"

I don't think so, us trolls know there are rumours about Merkel if doesn't reign it in a bit. I'm not sure what it is she has reign in, but that's all I'm willing to divulge at this stage
