@The truth:

I have no idea what you're talking about when you assume that the 4 commentators(that must include me) didn't read about his sentence so that's news to me when I believe you claim that he was acquitted or let go in his trial.

He added that his brother was "deported from Hungary to Serbia where he spent six months in jail and was abused, without any rights, while in the end it turned out he was innocent."

I assume none of the commentators(4) have read this sentence. He was tried in Serbia and found not guilty , what now?

Almost. It is not the evidence that mysteriously disappears, but the witnesses who have car accidents, commit suicide, or suddenly cannot remember anything any more after their family got a visit by some clan members of these KLA heroes.

The former KLA member is said to blame the Kosovo institutions and allege that they don't protect their citizens from the abuse of the Serb state so why's that? Is it because some Kosovar institution officials are cowards,traitorous or selfish? Anyone know the reason?

[Zogaj] also "blamed Kosovo's institutions for not showing any interest in the case," as they "did nothing to protect their citizen from the abuse of the Serb state."

Apparently he's not high enough on the KLA food chain for anyone to give a damn about. Considering anyone at or below Fatmir Limaj's pay grade is vulnerable, and considering any international tribunal usually finds the suspects not guilty because evidence mysteriously disappears, his best bet for protection should have been returning to Kosovo and running for local office.

He added that Genc Zogaj now lives in France with his family - "but the authorities there arrested him on Friday, at around 22:30 hours."

He should have stayed in Kosovo. In gangster's paradise, you won't get arrested unless you dare either to meddle with the local mafia clan's business or you wear a T-Shirt with Cyrillic letters.
