Read your own writing, If the mandate changes, only the UNSC can change the mandate. Also said is that the creation of an army is an internal affair meaning NATO has zero plans to try and prevent it.
Besides should there no longer be a UNSC mandate does not mean that NATO would abandon Kosovo. It is they who will provide the training for any army.
So many Serbs on here act like puppies and read one word or two and start wetting all over the floor.

The Kosova army will insure that all Albanians, Serbs and other minorities living in Kosova will be safe and not threatened by undercover MUP. The thugs in North Kosova causing trouble are backed by or belong to the MUP. Any instability in the North will come to an end very soon. Also, Kosova will join NATO in the near future, thus further increasing security in the Western Balkans.

Serbs are funny. In the end it will be an army, with everything that it entails. It will be called by a different name so that Vucic and Nikolic can look at you in your eyes and lie to you because it is not called an "Army". They win another election. Kosova doesn't involve the parliament so Serbs can't block it. NATO stays as it is because there is no "Army". Problem solved. Serbs have gotta be one of the easiest people to manipulate. Give them a few empty patriotic slogans and they will buy anything, even when you can't find any milk in Belgrade. All you have to do is soothe their ego and continually reassure them that because their bravery they have always won against the evil Croats and Albanians. Easily manipulated sheep. Act like anything coming from a Croat or Albanian is a nuclear provocation and they'll forget the misery the live in, the unemployment, the low salaries, the fact that the state can't pay its workers, the inflation, the corruption, the crime. Have the Serbs believe they've won, they've saved their pride and they've outsmarted you and you can do anything you want with them. As long as these superficial feelings remain intact the Serbs will not only sign on the dotted line every time you tell them to but they will celebrate this " victory" and in time will become another national myth to brainwash their kids.

It would be interesting to see an honest quote of her comments, as I am pretty sure it would not have her mentioning "interim authorities"!
You do notice this was not in quotation marks but an interpretation (Serb) of what she said.
Just as anytime Ban ki Moon mentions, he refers to them as Pristina authorities so as not to violate the status neutrality and define them as either state or non state authorities.

I wonder if the US army is creating a Kosovo army to use it to pacify Ferguson, Missouri and other inner cities? Quite a coincidence rioting in the US while the sudden army being created in Kosovo with obsequies, subservient US allies.

Serbia was defeated in 78 days by NATO bombings as well as resistance from Albanian civilians with nothing more than shovels and forks and their bare hands.

Can you imagine the destruction that will be waged on Serbians in the Kosova war 2.0 when NATO flies thousands of sorties in brand new F22 aircraft with even more advanced missiles and ammunition along with a brand new, professionally trained, highly motivated and well equipped Kosovar fighting force? It's going to be a slaughter of the first order. Serb soldiers and paramilitary will wish they were never born. It will be the final neutering of the regions big mouthed bully.
