Safety, number one concern of all citizens living in the Serbian Nation! I am glad to see the Serbian government is looking at this motor vehical driving issue with positive direction for a safer future for all of it's citizens. A motor vehical driven by a drug or alcohol impaired driver is a very deadly weapon. Serbian government with public education needs to significantly reduce intoxication related accidents and also MOST IMPORTANTLY TOTALLY ERASE the access of and consumption of illigal drugs. Illigal drugs are the death of a nation, just look at what happened to the USA. The number one reason the USA is on it's death bed today is because of the illigal drug use by the majority of it's citizens. USA and it's love affair with illigal drugs! As I mention enemies of our sacred Serbian Nation in many of my comments also lets add illigal drugs and the evil monsters who bring them in and distribute them to our people.
