Yes of course its all commos, but what do you call the system in the US where for the last 180 years its only been Republican or Democrat? But you forgot the western appointed President for life in Montenegro.

He keeps getting elected because the EU and the Federation treat the RS badly, and he exposes it. Want to stop him from being president for life- Treat the RS better. Than, he can moderate his approach to power or a moderate can come to power. Either way, the #1 campaign tool he has is the EU condemnations and pressure.
This is what democracy looks like, get used to it or improve the situation.
