When Albanian's and Croatian's where let out , no one complaint.He went to Hague on his own free will and didn't run and play hide and seek with the world.Every person is not guilty until prevent guilty which is taking already more than 10 YEAR'S!

A Croatian politician named Daniel Srb (interesting last name) has called for Croatia to "mobilize troops" due to Seselj's return to the Balkans. The incompetency of the ICTY circus is perfectly exemplified by Meron's comments. He states "the previous judge withdrew". Wrong. The previous judge did not "withdraw" he was disqualified by a trial decision in response to defence motion on 28 Aug 2013.
Meron (also) replied "...he had no great influence on the cases". Not according to Judge Harhoff and the numerous inculpatory communications between Meron and the US government via the US embassy in the Hague.
Meron also stated there were "insufficient number of courtrooms". Laughable. A better excuse would have been that the ICTY dog ate their homework.
