Its important for Serbia not even talk about sanctions against Russia. Its not public yet but Brussels and Berlin have made decision to totally disengage economically from Russia. In the days ahead sanctions will intensify and trade between EU and Russia will come to almost nothing.EU will turn to Middle East (Iran and Saudi Arabia in particular) to get they badly needed energy supplies. The nuclear negotiations with Iran will continue indefinitely without any rush to reach the conclusion. Why the EU is turning to Middle east?Simply they do not want to share the influence in Europe with Russia. This approach would almost certainly fail because Russia can beat the price of energy imported from Middle East by big margin. In any case new dynamics are shaping up in Europe.Consequences are not clear yet but Islam is still refusing to accept Western values.Serbia should think about developing situation in Europe and adjust foreign policy to benefit people of Serbia. One important thing for Serbia not to over-look that Germany is leading Europe again. This Serbian proverb may still hold true:"Vuk dlaku menja ali cud nikad"
