Ties with Russia, "our special interest"

Minister Jadranka Joksimović told B92 on Thursday that <a href="http://www.b92.net/eng/news/politics.php?yyyy=2014&mm=11&dd=20&nav_id=92317" class="text-link" target= "_blank">EU Commissioner Johannes Hahn</a> "set no ultimatums before Serbia."

Yes during the meeting in EU there are always different opinion but at the end when after voting a decision is taken , everybody allign with it...
So in this case Serbia could have been taken the position again sanctions against Russia but if the majority decided in other way it has to allign with them... This is obvious..
