N. Korea is a crazy state with a crazy leader. Of course he is far from killing so many people as the Maugly Nobel Prize owner. Besides Saudittes or Thaci or Syrian opposition and the kind are nothing better. They too cut heads off or are busy in organ trafficking. In the cynical and the hypocrite world we have to live in such contacts look good enough. No matter how they smell and what will your rivals say. Because states sometimes have to deal with Hamas with Israel with N. Korea with Robert Mugabe with the USA ect. So when S.Korea joined the US sanctions Russia has activated it relations with Kim Jr. So who is to be blamed the US to occupy and twist hands of the S.Korea or the US controlled government of this state ?
None because Russia is the best target. But we pay little attention to what the US colonies say or do. Yesterday Putin’s spokesman said that Russia does not mind a Russian-N.Korean summit … Yes Putin and Nikolic would prefer to have a long drink with Mr. Si or someone else but under the western pressure they have to seek for other options. Because living in a cage is neither the Serbian way nor the Russian. Besides Russia is killing the Southern transporting route through Suez Channel with all the infrastructure including all EU ports. Russia is to prolong the rail road to Seoul and to canalize some goods through it Northern seas. It is worth of shaking hands with any bastard. Especially when your rivals are even bigger bastards.
I wish Serbia would sometimes show some backbone instead of 'playing friends' with every rogue state on the planet.

EU puts forth a resolution at the UN Council on Human Rights on DPRK and refers the gross violations to the International Criminal Court, while Serbia's President goes exactly the opposite way.
