U.S. vice president warns Russia to honor commitments
Joseph Biden warned Russia over Ukraine "after new columns of tanks, trucks and heavy artillery rumbled towards the pro-Moscow rebel stronghold of Donetsk."
Are Russian tanks now rolling into Ukraine? Out of all the accusations, this would have to be the most dramatic. All the other accusations have been lies and we are tired of listening to lies. And Russia has been being punished on account of those lies.
What have they got to lose? Nobody is listening any more. If Russia really is rolling tanks into East Ukraine, I guess NATO doesn't care any more either.
didn't america already define what it means to have one's military on the ground. the coalition of the willing didn't just send in regular military, it also sent in mercenary divisions. black-water, for example, was not part of the american military even though the were in most part former military men, using us military equipment. they didn't have us insignia on the hum-vees, they were not officially american military.
sounds like nato doesn't like their own logic applied by anybody else but themselves.

The French news agency AFP noted in its report that "the West has repeatedly expressed concern at Ukrainian claims that Russian military reinforcements are being sent in, while Moscow denies that it is involved in the fighting in the eastern part of its neighbor."
Hey, it's simple a matter of definition: Russia thinks removing number plates and symbols from obviously Russian army vehicles and removing state insignia from uniforms of the soldiers, together with stating that Russian citizens/soldiers who are fighting in Ukraine are there 'on holidays' is enough to claim not to be involved - other people have another definition, of course.

And for Europe. It is very kind of the Americans to throw their European allies under the economic bus when american economic ties are much more limited.
It's a pity that some of that methane produced by Biden can't be used to pay off some of the USA's debt.
Even if Biden is worried not only about his narco-son’s shale business in Slaviansk he does not know what price is Russia ready to pay. All intruders were mistaken in this issue. Be it Napoleon or Hitler. Yankees believe that there’s nothing money can’t buy but it’s not true. Besides for the time being phone calls is all they can help their Nazi pupils. I have no idea if (as I hope ) the vehicles and ammunition are really coming from Russia or the Novorossian army is just replacing them from stabile rear regions of their own. But I suppose it must be somehow tied with the military preparations of Kiev pulling their troops to Donetsk.
In fact the Nazi have no other way but to resume the war. It will mobilize the remaining population of the former Ukraine. Otherwise the fake project will die under the weight of the fast increasing economic and political problems. But no matter what they will do the light in the end of the tunnel is from the approaching train. Only idiots in the west still believe that Russia is dreaming of swallowing this 30 million country with tens of thousands of barrels with it multiple problems of all kind. I guess under the sanctions Russia’s strategy and tactics will be not that straight. But the final aim to reunite all 3 parts of the people will remain. Next as I hope will be Southern Siberia included to Kazakhstan by mistake.
