“Representatives of Serbia's official institutions had not been employed as observers in the electoral process in the east of Ukraine on November 2.”

Not only Serbians but any OSCE personnel was absent at the elections though it is one of the main targets the organization had been designed for. All because from the very beginning OSCE became a part in the conflict. They appointed Michael Bochurkiv with Gallitzin routes to head the mission and nobody was interested that his grandfather fought the Soviets within the UPA gangs headed by Stephan Bendera. Formally Bochurkiv is a Canadian and we all know that Canada fought on the Soviet side … Politically very correct but when you follow the work of the OSCE in Ukraine some déjà vu feeling will come to you. They first approached the MH-17 after 3 weeks and whatever happened they always stood on the fascist side. So I am happy that Serbia is going to be in charge for this rotten organization. Maybe you'll bring some order here.
