That's why I love our dear CE of b92 forums sj. We learn news here that nobody else knows. The one above is a brilliant example of that - i.e. that Mr. Lavrov is a person controlled by the US. I wonder if Mr. Putin is aware of that?!

I see the BS artist is busy at his canvas trying to paint a rosy picture of Serbia over the monstrosity already there. If you look at approval ratings you will notice that Clinton had recovered from the fallout of Monica before any decision to bomb Serbia. People recognized that it was nothing more than a political witch hunt. Prior to the decision to bomb Serbia Clinton's approval rating had hit in the mid 60's from a low in the low 50's. As a matter of fact his approval rating remains one of the highest following the world wars.
We were already involved in Bosnia, it was only a matter of time before the US and allies confronted Milosevic over Kosovo. A BJ had nothing to do with it.
As far as the bus loads arriving from Kosovo to Serbia, I can only say it would make no sense as you know, I know, and the Albanians know that they would not be hired by the Serbs, not with a Serbian unemployment rate in the upper 20's.

"Think Kosovo! Why don't they go there to observe elections too?"
(T, 6 November 2014 12:22)

No need, in Kosovo there have been enough international observers who witnessed the massive election fraud, vote rigging, double voting, bought votes, threating of voters and everything else you can imagine, and in the end, Mr. Thaci's candidate was voted by 115% of the voters in his home clan region.

Vladimir Đukanović and Branislav Blažić are Serbian MPs, representatives of the Serbian people, and should know that by going to the Donbass to observe elections they inadvertently have condoned the separists objective of separation from the Ukraine.
In having done so they have put the Serbian government and themselves in an akward situation. It is now looked upon that Serbia condones the actions of the rebels. Either that or Serbia is guilty of hypocrisy because what is good for one is good for the other. Think Kosovo! Why don't they go there to observe elections too?

So you fully support the independence of Kosovo I gather?
(Whats the fuss?, 5 November 2014 15:22)

My comment had nothing to do with Kosovo but if you ask I would rather offer to divide it. But in the circumstances there’s no just solution. So for the time being freezing is good … Till the balance of force in the word changes for better. It won’t take long. Situation in Novorossia is quite different. Here the Russians try to obtain their own lands while in KIM people try to steal the land. Besides in Novorossia millions voted for such a development while in KIM some 120 delegates used the moment and the NATO invaders. Though I understand that Albanians have to live somewhere those are different problems. Otherwise Albanians will keep on drifting towards a sect mentality and behavior.

It would have been a very noble act if that is how it played out, but alas it was more to do with Bill Clinton trying to cover over his Monica Lewinsky problem combined militarily encircling Russia. Having said that it is so amusing to read the part about protecting the population of Kosovo from Serbs but Albanians are trying to leave Kosova every day to look for work in Serbia proper. Bus loads are returned daily to Kosova.
On the UNSC issue in 1999 the US controlled that chamber today its all differernt. Once Ukraine is settled, next is regime change in Romania then the Balkans aand your seperate entity will no longer last.

Not at all, I do not think that Ukraine and Kosovo are anything alike, but the Serb camp has ALWAYS claimed that Kosovo was simply a separatist movement. If you want to claim that then you have no argument that they should be different.
But in the real world they are not similar, Kosovo was a situation where the WORLD (as in the UNSC) felt that the population of Kosovo had to be protected from Serbia or be destroyed. After 15 years there is still no change in attitude from Serbia so it must permanently be a separate entity.

What is the fuss about ? I can see only one reason that some people try to reveal the truth while the others strive to conceal it. As simple as that. The thuth is that like in Crimea millions are tired of the former Ukraine and want back to home because East or West home is best.
