Justice Minister Nikola Selaković has dismissed the Bar Association of Serbia's proposal that the EU be a mediator in the dispute between lawyers and the state.

I think apart from the dispute with lawyers and the BAR association, the work of Minister Selakovic should be evalauted. His Justice reform with the reshuffling of judges and court responsibilites has caused a standstill of the system. Untill today, there is court cases, where judges can not even find the case file and therefore have to postpone trials. What was the meaning of the Justice reform, if things are even slower than before and who is responsible?
