Yes, continue "dialogue" while Serbian homes in Kosovo are continually burned and ISIS Caliphate graffiti is all over monastery grounds. "Dialogue" has really improved the safety of Kosovo Serbs and Serbia has really prospered. Not.

They should only resume when Serbia is ready to officially recognizes the independence of Kosova! No politics needed here, its Very plain & simple!!!
