Montenegro's road maintenance company Crnagoraput says its workers were shocked to discover that no fewer than 111 traffic signs were missing from major roads.

There are plastics that are very robust and not very valuable.

It's pointless to replace what has been taken with the same material.

This may be obvious ..... but I thought I ought to say it.

As for thieves - they are criminal trash.

Chuck them in jail and forget them - sell the key to the scrap merchant.
