I don't understand why they aren't arrested and prosecuted for damaging city buses and being involved in other crimes.

They should have been and if Serbs were to do that in Turkey they would end up in jail but Serbia has to endure all that otherwise they are considered racist and murderous.

Don't be absurd!

Greece, Romania and Bulgaria also countries like Russia would never allow some neo-Ottoman adventure in the Balkans! Too much heroin in your coffee!

I do appreciate your comment but I just was wondering explaining you that those hooligans were Turkish not Albanian. If they were Albanian they could arrest them and push them to pay for damage they have done in Belgrade.
One thing don't forget that with Turkish hooligans you can't play as with Albanians hooligans.

Turkey will not do the same as Albanian brought that drone with big Albanian flag over partisan stadium. Turkey will bring their aircraft over stadium. Turkey has power Michael.

Sincerely

Hooligans should pay for the damage they cause. If buses were damaged then the cost of repair should be paid by those responsible before they are allowed home. Hooligans might spend years in a Serbian prison before their families can raise the funds needed to repair the damage they caused. In future Hooligans, Serbian as well as foreign, would consider their actions very carefully. A few minutes of destructive madness could lead to years in prison and impoverishment for heir families.
