Lavrov needs to be honest and say NATO aggression against Serbia. Saying against Yugoslavia is implying that Serbia tried to force non-Serbian populations to either give up their land or become subjected to live in Yugoslavia. When in reality, the Serbian community in the Yugoslav republics of Bosnia and Croatia wanted the same rights to self-determination that the other nations received.

During the NATO aggression, the principle of self determination was enforced when Croatia and Bosnia broke from Yugoslavia. But then when Serbs wanted to exercise the same principal, they couldn't violate territorial integrity. Until of course a few years later when Serbia's territorial integrity was grossly violated among other sadistic shit NATO governments did.

"The awareness of this truth should serve as a warning against attempts by one group of countries to dictate solutions to others."

Why not let countries and people living there decide themselves about their fate, for a change? And no, I don't talk about separatist groups within those countries.
