Serbia as "regional leader in peacekeeping missions"

Every time I read of Serbia's participation in peace keeping missions, I have to laugh. The irony is unparalleled. There is a peace keeping mission for 15 years on what Serbia claims is still their soil, created to protect the inhabitants from Serbia.

To me it doesn't make sense when Serbia can't protect its own borders and people properly. Albanian lumber and cattle thieves and worse criminals are having their way in southern Serbia and look at the big lapse with drone.
The army, police an military intelligence should be securing Serbia, which they are failing before sending them away on missions in far away countries.
