Serbian President Tomislav Nikolić has presented his visiting Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin with the Order of the Republic of Serbia of the First Degree.

What about the people of Ukraine who lost their lifes for the liberation of Belgrade?
Does the serbian leadership think about it that Serbia can not have closer ties to Russia than Ukraine should have? They are almost one Nation. What would happen to Serbia as a far 'relative'.
Did anybody remember that some years ago Putin already visited Serbia.
He then prefered to watch a soccer match than accepting a Dr. honoris cause from Berlgrade University.
