nova Russia in Belgrade ?! remember Ukraine few years back up and down with Russia and EU, look Ukraine know, Belgrade should navigate very carefully, Vojvodina and Sanxhak are ready to go along with Presevo and parts of Romanian border, it is Balkan Belgrade know's better I think, when it comes to super powers interes same way they created Yugoslavia and same way they can make Belgrade a City State.

It's a no brainer which side we should stick with.
Who benefits from joining EU and who benefits from sticking with Russia.

Putin saying he supports Serbia on Kosovo is no different from Obama saying he supports Ukraine on Crimea. Sounds good to the people they are saying it to but at the end of the day Crimea is no longer a part of Ukraine and there is zero chance they will get it back, and Kosovo is no longer a part of Serbia and there is zero chance that they will get it back.

You clearly forget to mention two things:

1) 1,080,000 German soldiers were stationed in Poland in 1944, including many heavy weapons, while there were 300,000 in Yugoslavia, with much less armor, artillery and aircraft. The Germans were retreating en masse from Yugoslavia to reach their homeland to consolidate their defense, while those fighting in Poland were on the warpath between the USSR and Germany already, so obviously Yugoslavs could liberate themselves much easier than we could and didn't need Soviet help. It's not like Serbs are some great martial race and Poles are worthless fighters, LOL!

2) 111,091 Poles living in the USSR were executed during the "Polish Operation of the NKVD (1937–1938)", 130,000 km2 of our land was stolen by the USSR in 1939, around 320,000 Poles were deported to Asian USSR prior to the German invasion, at least 150,000 Poles died under Soviet rule during this time, around 1,150,000 USSR Poles were deported from their homes after WWII and tens of thousands of Poles were killed/died in camps under Stalinist rule in Poland. I think it is obvious why we "behave" they way we do towards you and why Serbs "behave" the way they do.

Though why Polands supports Ukraine after their nationalists slaughtered 60-80,000 of our people AND NEVER APOLOGIZED is also beyond me. If I (or most Poles) were in charge, I would leave the banderist scum and commie swine to slaughter each other in the Donbass and not take any sides.

"Now look how Poles behave and compare it with the Serbs ! There are people you are ready to give a hand again and again while there are other sorts of people too … Latest polls show that 80% of the Poles and 47% of the Schwabs see threat in Russia. "

Funny. What if Russia took away 50% of the former Serbian territory, forcing the population to move to the west, like they did with Poland? How ignorant can you be to expect the Poles to be 'thankful' to the USSR? And you seriously wonder why Poles see a threat in Russia? Unbelievable those 'experts' for history.

In the past Russia has often compared Kosovo to Crimea. Don't remember any longer what is the Serbian stance on the issue? Do they recognise Crimea as a part of Russian Federation, or do they recognize Ukraine in its legal borders?

Soviet losses during setting Europe free were 1 099 465 men with “only” 7 995 of them in Yugoslavia. It made 0,76% of our losses in Europe. In fact USSR only helped to set free Belgrade. All other territories had been already set free by the Greatest Partisan Army in the history of the continent. Most of all USSR had to shed blood of our beloved grandfathers in
1/ Poland – 600 212
2/ Czechoslovakia – 139 918
3/ Hungary – 140 004
4/ Germany – 101 961
5/ Romania 68 993
6/ Austria – 26 006
7/ Yugoslavia – 7 995
8/ Bulgaria – 977 ect.

Now look how Poles behave and compare it with the Serbs ! There are people you are ready to give a hand again and again while there are other sorts of people too … Latest polls show that 80% of the Poles and 47% of the Schwabs see threat in Russia. All because their own governments organized coup d’état against the legal governor of the neighboring state. The two Yugoslavian armies composed mostly by the Serbs were the biggest after USSR anti-Hitler forces on the continent. They suffered second big losses and delivered second big damage to the Axis. Then comes Britain whose losses in WW2 composed 10% of the losses they had suffered in WW1.

Serbia was always on our side because the Russian side was always the Serbian side too. Neighboring Bulgaria cannot say the same. We always loved the Bulgarians but after Shipka and Plevna they always fought against us.

Nikolić noted that Serbia finds Russia's support precious when it comes to preserving the country's territorial integrity and sovereignty over Kosovo, and added:
