There were about 500,000 deaths in Africa last year from Malaria, for which there is a cure to suggest that 4000 deaths from a disease for which there is not a cure amounts to genocide only shows this guy is an IDIOT.

Slow response may be incompetence, but I doubt there is the intent necessary for proving murder or genocide.

I don't think that emotive use of words should be used in this way in the context of Serbian politics or Serbian news media, where real (intentional) genocide has occurred against Serbs and against other groupings in the region.
