Serbia has received a strong promise from its Russian partners that it will have a stable supply of gas during the coming winter.

It was your best post in 2014 ! How could you spoil it in the very end ? It reminds me an old anecdote of 1968 when a woman complained to a policeman that a Swiss soldier took her expensive Russian watch. When the policeman asked if she was sure and maybe it was a Russian soldier who had taken her expensive Swiss watch she responded as EXACTLY BUT PLEASE NOTE IT WERE YOU WHO SAID SO ! Same with your “blackmailing Ukraine”. Are you sure that it was Russian soldier ?

"We received a promise that the Russian side would do everything, and they are already taking steps so Serbia gets a stable gas supply in accordance with the long-term contract we have with Gazprom," he told reporters.

Well, all European countries have long-term contracts with Gazprom, and during the previous winter seasons, it was not Russia that caused the problems with gas supply, at least not directly, only indirectly by blackmailing Ukraine.
