Two chapters "could be opened by end of year"

As early as this year, Belgrade could open one or two chapters in its EU accession talks, says Austrian Foreign Minister Sebastian Kurz.

Big Ears is obsessed with the Balkans. He's been talking about Serbia and the rest of the Western Balkans as if he is their foreign minister rather Austria's. It is so adorable to see Austria thinking it is the representative of Serbia, Albania, Macedonia and the rest of the Balkans. Poor old Vienna doesn't realise they don't make the decisions.
