Evidence is collected and evaluated before proposing an indictment. How can Matic claim that an indictment should contain specific details and in the same breath also state that additional evidence is being collected? In this instance is Matic speaking as a journalist or the prosecutor's investigative arm?

This article does little to reassure a public that should justifiably question the conflict of interest by prosecutors/investigators and journalists.
