For sure Ireland looks at it differently. Why wouldn't it - the former Soviet bloc are acting paranoid around Russia and should pay asmuch as they want for their own paranoia, theire problems are there own. Ireland had to pay for all it's own banking problems and only got loans from EU after a lot of fighting. We prevented any contagion to EU and got zero thanks for it. We are now losing trade because of silly behaviour of EU and US in the "new land" of Ukraine.
Not our sphere of influence, and certainly not our problem if the major EU players break it. They can pay for the breakage themselves.

because it insists that international law and territorial integrity are respected," the Slovak media reported."

Priceless! He's spent years in Brussels pushing 'Kosovo is independent' and now back in power in Bratislava he turns 180 to support Slovakia that Kosovo is not recognized and that international law and territorial integrity is respected. He has something in common with prostitutes then - he's for sale for the right price.

Full respect from me, unlike towards the countries that did recognize Kosovo's independence, and now insist that international law and territorial integrity should be respected.
