The article states that they won't be accepting Kosovar passports but they will accept Kosovo ID cards.

"Right on Naim, and to be more precise is a KSA Passport, which till now Serbia din't want to acknowledge it. Wonder what prompted all this!?"

Eh? Didn't the article just say the opposite, that only ID cards issued by Pristina (there called 'provisional authorities') are accepted, but NOT passport of the unrecognized, self proclaimed Republic of Kosovo?

No real sovereign country would allow that. Certainly North Korea would not allow politicians from Seoul to propagate to its citizens.

That is why Kosovo, due to extreme Western pressure, is something in between autonomous and independent. This is what Serbia offered years ago anyway.

"Propagate", is that the word you want to use. It simply makes no sense. This the surest way of making yourself look stupid and lose all credibility.

Kosova is not under any Western pressure and you know it. It is Serbia that is desperate to join the EU and therefore must implement the Brussels agreement. That is the only reason Serbia is recognizing Republic of Kosova passports. The passports are being accepted at the Belgrade airport and border crossings between Kosova and Serbia. Serb officials, under the Brussels agreement, are not allowed to enter Kosova with the intention of agitating Kosovar Serbs. So, as you see Kosova is not dependent on Serbia in any way. Had Serbia not been so anxious in becoming an EU member, she would not be jumping through EU hoops like a circus monkey. Meanwhile, Kosova is merely standing by watching the, humiliating for Serbia, show.

But see as you indirectly admit, Pristina is dependent on Belgrade allowing it certain concessions. Kind of hard to claim "independence" when you are still extremely dependent on the generosity of Belgrade. In return, politicians in Belgrade roam around Kosovo-Metohija meeting with Serbian citizens, promising jobs and development. No real sovereign country would allow that. Certainly North Korea would not allow politicians from Seoul to propagate to its citizens.

I wonder how long until Air Serbia flies to Pristina.

It would be a profitable route for them. Now that they're not a government company, I wonder how long Etihad will allow them not to fly there anymore, if there's a profit to be made there.
