"...opposed to minority rights given to Serbs in the (western dictated) Kosovo constitution"

which minority rights are they opposed to?

It would be more than absurd if Serbs were part of a government that includes member of the Albanian national extremists who advocate a greater Albania and are opposed to minority rights given to Serbs in the (western dictated) Kosovo constitution. It would be like Communists and Nazis being in a coalition.

If the Serbs in Kosovo wish to be part of the government they must accept the Vetvendosje party. As much as they may believe, Serbs do not have special privileges where they can veto. Their only hope of having a future in Kosovo is to learn to integrate themselves in a democratic Kosovar Albanian society.

I won't be able to sleep. Joining government or not Albanians have the majority. I don't see Albanians in Serbia being part of government.

Here we go again, the Serb List thinking they are more important than they are.

Considering they're the only political party with the international approval to form their own regional government, I'd say they're pretty important. But you may have a point. They're irrelevant in Pristina, especially if they have to work with a bunch of nationalistic nutballs in Vetevendosje who are even more delusional in thinking they're important to Kosovo's future stability.

Here we go again, the Serb List thinking they are more important than they are. Another case of the tail trying to wag the dog. This just fine, as far as the Kosovar Albanian government is concerned.

You don't understand, it's not about what the Albanians think/want. If it was up to that, there would not be a Serb list or even a Serb breathing in Kosovo-Metohija. It's the West that wants a strong Serb list and a strong Serbian community actively taking part in this pretend country b.s.

What the West wants, it gets because you guys are simply glorified middle-managers. But I agree one thing doesn't make sense, Kurti is just a mouthpiece, he wasn't involved in the war in the 90s. Why is it okay for Belgrade to tell Serbs in Kosovo-Metohija to ally with organ traffickers i.e. Thaci and Hardinaj, but this is somehow unacceptable. As if Kurti is any less or more of a nationalists than the rest. At least he didn't carve his way to his position.
