Russia "not secretly installing military base in Serbia"

The Serbian government needs to develope a nation wide program of physical fitness for all citizens begining with the age of five. To be included in the program strong personal defense and the use of arms to defend against any enemy. Just for example look how Japan ruled most of Asia and the Pacific for centuries, their children from birth were taught to fight and defend them selves and their country. It is a cold cruel world out there, many enemies to deal with. Stay Strong Serbia, always look towards God, turn a blind eye to evil, a new era is before us.

Why not? We already have 1 american base installed without our permission. Besides the obvious countries I don't think there is a country left that is not occupied by usa army and which doesn't have an american base.

Yes, Serbia is sovereign country, it can choose it's alies but it's citizens will have to choose either NATO, what would be bitter decisions due to historical consequences or Russia what would bring it good feeling of being together with historical alie but economically devastating impact.

Yes, Serbia is a sovereign country.
NATO in 1999 became a criminal element never again to have any credability in the world. Serbia don't look to the West any more, when we pray we look to the East always. We are in a new era, we Serbian's now have the choice to change our past losses into future gains. Serbia stay strong, say no to evil and follow God's path to salvation.

For Kosova, it would be brilliant should Russia build a base inside Serbia, it'll only mean that NATO will be engaged in the Balkans more. Though personally, I doubt Russia will go on to do such a thing

The truth is "the truth" you reside in the 51st State or is it 52/53/54 etc. Can't remember the exact number of occupied territories there are with US bases on them. Like all empires eventually this one will expire. Enjoy it while you can if that's your idea of freedom. We have seen similar nutcases come to power in Srbia in the past, however (Seselj and Milosevic come to mind), so the best way for Kosovo to deal with these veiled threats coming from Srbia's politicians is to create its own army. If there will be a next time, the crazies won't find an unarmed population on the ground.

KLA was armed with old Albanian kalashnikovs smuggled with donkeys from Albania, Serbian army with the tanks and airplanes and heavy weapons they stole from ex-Yugoslavia's army. But no matter what the KLA had Peggy, the Serbian army did not fight the KLA. They went after the civilians instead, an easier target. With Nazi tactics like for every dead of ours we kill 100 of your civilians. And we keep finding their bones in Serbia to this day.
