Court gives Thaci's party right to propose assembly speaker

There will be no snap parliamentary elections in Kosovo, the Constitutional Court of Kosovo has decided, Tanjug is reporting.

"The court decided that the PDK is to propose a candidate for assembly president first. If the candidate fails to be elected, then the Democratic League of Kosovo, the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, and the Initiative for Kosovo post-election coalition will put forward their candidate."

So where's the problem? Let the honorable gentleman Mr Thaci propose a person from his party. He will fail to be elected, just like there was no majority for electing the honorable gentleman Mr. Thaci as prime minister again. Then the next party can propose someone who will be elected.
