Except its not the *same* thing at all. There are more Albanians just from Kosovo-Metohija fighting for savages like ISIS than there are total Serbs fighting on either side in Ukraine.
And neither side in the Ukrainian conflict is as vile and an abomination to humanity as is ISIS. So no it is simply not the same. Not only is the Albanian community engaging on a much larger scale in foreign fighting, but the militias they are joining are much more sinister and evil than any militia a few Serbs are participating in.

14 Serb volunteers, eh? No doubt these Serbs are of the same type that gained such a reputation in Bosnia and Kosovo in the 1990s for war crimes. Put it this way, there are 10 million Serbs in the region and less than 100 are fighting in EITHER side of a fairly complex civil war. A civil war where there are no clear good guys vs. bad guys.
According to the Priština media, in the last few years, more than 200 Kosovo Albanians "went to Jihad," to fight on the side of radical Islamic groups.
