We will need Serbian volunteers in Bosnia, if Bosnian Serbs will be attacked again by the Muslims.
And the idea behind Mr. Rasim Ljajić stance is just to prevent Serbs from supporting the Bosnian Serbs in defending themselves against the Muslims.

That's exactly right. The sellouts in Serbia are in charge and people are too silly to see it.

Don't forget to make it illegal for Serb citizens to defend their own country of Serbia, because we wouldn't want to want to upset our pupper masters :O. The way war veterans are treated, it is as though this law has come into effect. :S

This is a smart law. If someone leaves the country and goes to war, and the government does not expressly forbid it, and do things to prevent it, it could cause Serbia a loss of reputation, friends or God forbid another war. If someone needs to go to a war somewhere else, maybe they should become citizens of that land and not return, or return and face the consequences.

Stupid idea Lajic. It is a basic human right to bear arms against an aggressor or enemy. Nato and their US puppet-masters seem free to do it where ere they like and with gay abandon so why shouldn't anyone else be able to. If a friend is getting beaten up by someone why shouldn't you be able to help defend them regardless of where the attack is taking place? This is a ridiculous idea.

But state sponsored mercenarie death squad´s employed by the US imposed quisling cult, sent to imperial wars should be allowed and honoured i take it?

Most Serbs are not "shock and awed" by the US occupation,so violently established in the 90´s, of their land anymore and are waking up to the fact, like they did in the 40´s, that the occupant is toothless. Some return favours to the Serbian big brother in the north, where thousands are slaughtered by Grads and ballistic missiles by US supported Nazi freaks, the heirs of the most vicious war criminals from WW2. I certainly don´t want to be a member of the quisling cult or an Otporista when these brave heroes returns and the rest wakes up, that is why they are sh*tting their pants now....

"Since it has been noticed that a certain number of Serbian citizens have joined foreign paramilitary forces in groups or on their own, for financial or other reasons, and then returned to Serbia to recruit others to commit the same crime, it is necessary to amend the criminal code by defining a special criminal act, the proposal says."

A very good idea, I hope other parties will support this recommendation for a new law.
But what about another penalty: Not prison, but getting stripped of passport and citizenship, so these mercenaries have to stay at the place they were fighting?
