Group of "terror supporters" arrested in Kosovo

If you have hard evidence that they fought in Syria or were planning on going there to fight then just do everyone a favor and send them there. It's cheaper to pay for their plane tickets than to keep them detained, try them, etc. It's a win-win. They win bc that's where they want to be and the Kosovo people win as well.

Well done! Kosova's special units did professionally their job by utterly defeating religious extremists. This confirms once more that Kosova has enough force to handle with terrorists. It would be great if criminal bands in northern Kosova got the same punishment. Ever since 2000, Turkey founded a well-organized network of its agents. religious extremists are the most eligible tools for Turkey's goals towards Kosova. By the same token, Serbia's governments poured a large amount of monies to establish criminal networks in northern section of Kosova, that's the land above Ibar river. In so doing, both Serbia and Turkey attempts to weaken as much as possible our independence, thus paving the way to carve up our territory.

Where are the world wide protests from the Albanians? A few weeks ago they rioted in Macedonia because they jailed 5 extremist muslims for executing 4 Macedonian boys... Well I mean who didn't see this coming? However the Pristina institutions cannot arrest all the terrorists in Kosovo-Metohija because then that would mean they would arrest themselves. So the rule of thumb in the occupied province is if you kill Serbs, you're a normal functioning member of society, if you go kill Syrians or Iraqis then you are a terrorist.

Islamic( or any religion) extremism typically is a symptom of a dysfunctional society. Arresting people will not solve the problem. Creating opportunities for the new generation (work, education, sports, arts) would go along way. That's where Kosovo government should concentrate. As hard as it was to gain the freedom, it will be harder to build a country of all citizens for all citizens. I think Kosovo Albanians are up to task. Time will tell...

The conversion was purily for survival, that is why Albanians are very light if not fake muslims, and why they historically have revolted against Turks more than Serbs and Greeks combined.

Serbs did not convert for the simple reason that the Orthodox patriarche was under Turkish control and as such was palying their game of compliance and was advising its followers to not revolt against the Turks, to the point that it was threatening them with excommunicaition. Albanians, were catholics, thus under Vatikan's influence, and such not advised for compliance.

Albanians did not convert for 300 years, until the 18 century, especially after the raise of Serbian and Greek nationalism, which was a direct threat to them.

It was historically justified, but it is not any longer.
